Terms and Conditions

All orders of £40 and under require payment in full when ordering

Orders over £40 require a 50% deposit when ordering and the balance on completion.

If you have decided to place an order and have received our payment details please make this payment within 24hrs. If you have missed this time frame it is essential that you check back with us to see if your required date is still available.

No orders will go into the diary until payments are made. Dates will not be reserved until payment is received. Payment reminders will not be sent out.

Collection Times:

Sunday and Monday: No Collections

Tuesday - Friday: Collections available from 10am - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 10:30am

FAQ

Q. What happens if I miss the cut off time on the day of my collection?

A. Your collection will be moved to the next working day.

​

Q. What if I want to alter the date of my collection.

A. I will try my best to move your collection date but this is not always possible as it does affect other orders.
