I have always enjoyed being creative ever since I was a young child, following a career in the arts with a degree in Ceramics and Teaching. Later it was whilst being a stay at home mum to 4 beautiful children I fell in love with cake making. This is when I decided to start my own home business based in Caerphilly, South Wales. Combining my love for art and design with baking, Scoffincake was born.
